About Raymond Philippe

Some journeys begin with a plan. Mine began with a panic attack.

I’m Raymond Philippe — author, former banker, and lifelong student of the human mind. With master’s degrees in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Clinical Psychology from Open University in Heerlen, I’ve always been drawn to understanding how people think, behave, and grow. But it wasn’t until I faced my own mental health struggles that I truly understood what it means to need guidance — not just information.

That personal experience became the foundation of everything I write. My books sit at the crossroads of mental health and personal development, blending psychological insight with the kind of practical, results-driven thinking I developed during years in banking and entrepreneurship. Whether I’m writing about overcoming anxiety, mastering productivity, or setting meaningful goals, my aim is always the same: to give you tools that actually work in real life.

When I’m not writing, you’ll find me somewhere in the Dutch countryside, walking, reflecting, and finding inspiration in the quiet. I believe that the space to think is just as important as the thinking itself — and I hope that through my books, I can help you find that space too.
